Everything is freshly cooked by our chefs in koshered kitchens and on KSW’s own equipment.

How does it work? You give us your destinations and itinerary. We liaise with the hotels or
other places of accommodation and arrange the facilities we need.
We provide the chefs; the staff and all that you require.
On some occasions it might be impossible to import kosher meat to your intended location.
We will still be able to provide the same service with kosher fish, dairy products, breads etc.
Our menus are wide ranging but, of course, we can design with you a personalized menu, so
you get exactly what you want not what you are told to have. ANYWHERE!
Apart from the reminder about kosher meat, anything you want we can provide it,
ANYWHERE!

Bespoke Exclusive Holidays
If your aim is to have a first class holiday coupled with the finest in glatt kosher cuisine, then

KSW has started using a most beautiful villa resort on the wonderful Island of St. Maarten. We also offer a resort hotel in Puerto Banus in Spain as a center for your bespoke holiday.
We have contracted with one of the finest hotels in Cape Cod “The Wequasset Inn & Golf
Resort” to cater for up 10 kosher guests at any one time. Using all the facilities of this
luxurious resort, you will, at meal times still be able to partake of freshly cooked glatt kosher
meals. Just for you we can cater at the 5* Palazzo Sasso Hotel in Ravello, Italy. Plus, we
have a full selection of luxury villas in Jamaica & throughout the Caribbean. We are now
catering at the Hilton Hotel, Bridgetown, Barbados.
